AI Fair Use Policy

Premium, VIP, and Celestial Priority plans include Divine AI access for normal personal and spiritual use. Fair use lets us keep responses reliable and subscriptions sustainable for everyone.

Fair use is not a per-message customer charge. Any provider-cost figures used by our internal systems are operational controls only and are never added to your bill.

AI allowances are measured by calendar month in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and reset at the beginning of the next UTC calendar month.

Your subscription remains active if an AI allowance is temporarily reached. Other included subscription features continue to work, and CELESTIAL does not automatically charge an overage.

Normal personal use includes individual questions, readings, reflections, and follow-up conversations submitted by the account holder through CELESTIAL applications.

Bulk generation, bots, automated extraction, account sharing, resale, systematic scraping, or using the service to operate another product is not normal personal use and may be limited or reviewed.

If your allowance is reached, the application will show a clear in-product message and ask you to try again after the reset. We do not email customers with internal token counts or provider-cost warnings.

We may apply temporary service-wide controls during unusual demand, provider outages, abuse, or safety incidents. If you believe a limit was applied incorrectly, contact support for review.
