Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the general platform.
• Matchmaking participation is restricted to adults age 18 or older, including profiles, discovery, interests, messages, media, location sharing, family-mode management, safety reports, and verification.

User-Initiated Termination

Platform-Initiated Termination

User-Generated Content

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they upload

Third-Party Content

• Third-party integrations (Stripe, Google, Apple) retain their respective intellectual property rights

• Prompts, relevant account context, and generated responses are processed to provide the AI feature you request and operate safety and quality controls.
• Retention, human review, and any model-improvement use must follow the current Privacy Policy, configured provider terms, and applicable consent requirements.

Governing Law
