Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel your subscription with CELESTIAL. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund window: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not consumed paid features (e.g. generated more than 3 AI consultations or ordered a personalized report), email contact@thecelestial.xyz for a full refund. After 7 days or after substantive consumption, partial refunds are at our discretion.

2. One-time digital reports

Astrological reports, gemstone consultations, and similar personalized digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered. Before delivery, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Live consultations

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable. Within 24 hours, a 50% rescheduling credit applies. No-shows are non-refundable. If our astrologer cancels or fails to attend, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

4. Donations

Donations to charity partners are processed and forwarded promptly, and are non-refundable once disbursed. If a charity becomes unavailable before disbursement, we will refund the donation.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@thecelestial.xyz with your account email, the order ID or subscription ID, and a short reason. Refund decisions are typically issued within 3 business days; the funds appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to disputes@thecelestial.xyz. For payments made via Stripe, you retain the right to file a chargeback with your card issuer; we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

7. India-specific (RBI / DPDP)

For payments processed in India, refunds may take up to 7 working days under RBI guidelines. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — see our DPDP notice.
